What do you need to start?

• Experience in the RTR area and a good understanding of the accounting rules.
• Good knowledge of German (and English).
• Analytical skills and practical knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach.
• Flexibility and teamwork approach.

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• Knowledge of SAP.

What duties will help you grow?

• Ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded (journal entries for revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities).
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure that the balances in the general ledger match with subsidiary records and supporting documentation.
• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Prepare financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns.
