The project is about enhancing and optimizing the technical aspects of a massive social media platform, likely focusing on areas like data processing, scalability, performance optimization, and the development of new features. Your role will involve being a part of a self-organized Research and Development (R&D) team that operates in an environment characterized by challenges and innovation.

What do you need to start?

• Previous experience as React / FullStack Developer;
• Hands-on experience with Web UI development (React / Retool);
• Knowledge of Python, SqlAlchemy, and Flask;
• Experience in building REST API;
• Strong OOP skills and SOLID understanding;
• Upper-intermediate level of English, verbal and written.

It's not essential but we appreciate if you also have:

• Experince in AWS.

What are you going to do?

• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to launch features from conception;
• Implement the designed solutions using Python and JavaScript technologies;
• Lead the execution of complex tasks;
• Assist in brainstorming and designing new product experiments that could potentially be developed by the team;
• Actively participate in research, discussions, and decisions related to software architecture, internal coding practices, architectural processes, and other standards;
• Shape the features and direction of both the product and the platform with your own ideas;
• Uphold high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best practices and routines.
