The Privileged Access Management team is responsible for the management and delivery of PwC's global strategic privileged access management platform. The team builds strategic capabilities,enabling transformation efforts, embedding quality in all systems and processes and delivering the PwC experience to stakeholders.

Currently we are looking for:

PAM SecOps Specialist
 

Your future role: 

  • Assistance with core product support across all environments: Development (DEV), Test (TST) and Production (PRD). Components will include: Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Application (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM);
  • Providing support for disaster recovery (DR) tests for the TST and PRD environments; 
  • Providing support for privileged user on-boarding processes using PUU, PACLI and rest API; 
  • Support for Daily Operations, infrastructure monitoring, change planning, service requests and incident management activities;
  • Assistance with the configuration of policy management for platforms;
  • Assistance with onboarding and vaulting of accounts. 
     

Apply if you:

  • Have Minimum 6 years of professionals experience;
  • Have an extensive experience in strategic planning, controlling, maintaining and monitoring of the privileged access management (PAM)
  • Trustee, Defender & Sentry Certification is highly desired; 
  • Have experience as application and technical subject matter;
  • Understand Privileged access management services and related infrastructure functions that are applied to support;
  • Understand Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
  • Know industry leading practices like ITIL, Operations Control Quality and Process improvement systems (ISO 9000, SEI CMM, Six Sigma) and technical security operations and information security standards (ISO 27001);
  • Can Identify trends and escalate issues to the appropriate contacts;
  • Have analytical skills and know how to report and analyze administrative, productivity and operational data;
  • Can manage multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities;
  • Can build and maintain strong relationships within the team throughout the network;
  • Have Good communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization; 
  • Very good client facing skills
