
The ITBC team at PwC Poland is made up of 100 experts who deal extensively with merging the world of technology with the world of taxation. Our main domain is projects implementing PwC's proprietary tax reporting solution and KSeF (Taxolite), as well as projects in the area of tax requirements of ERP systems, or tax process automation. Our area of expertise also includes dedicated technology solutions for taxes. We take responsibility for major technology projects in the tax area for customers in Poland and abroad.
We are looking for:
Tax Technology Consultant
Your future role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for offering significant support in understanding tax technology challenges, as well as helping the PwC team create, implement, and test tax technology solutions for clients. Your tasks may also involve configuring the technology tools, facilitating client meetings and workshops, and contributing to PwC's go-to-market strategies. In particular:
- providing substantial and analytical assistance concerning the tax reporting prerequisites and procedures in the context of technology solution implementations,
- processes mapping (as-is and to-be), optimization, and automation as well as data mapping for tax reporting purposes,
- solution design, implementation, and testing,
- coordinating and facilitating meetings and workshops with clients,
- analyzing data from diverse sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems,
- managing the project timeline, delivery results, risks and communication,
- supporting the PwC team in their offering and go-to-market initiatives,
- supporting project planning and implementation, scoping, risk management, quality control and reporting,
- conducting training sessions, business case presentations, and solution demos.
Apply if you:
- are proficient in one of these areas:
- financial systems configuration, including ERP localization,
- process mapping, optimization, and automation,
- data management for tax purposes,
- tax reporting engines or other solutions design and deployment,
- have 6 years of professional experience,
- have experience in business process analysis, data transformation, data mapping, and/or data integration,
- have excellent critical data analysis, research, and problem-solving skills,
- can work independently and in teams,
- speak fluent English.
