
Your responsibilities:
- Organization of accounting/finance department of the company, set-up of cooperation with other departments.
- Finance analysis of the economic activity of the company and presentation of the results to the company management.
- Budgeting and planning of the company operational activity.
- Investment budgeting – calculation of ROI and profitability for new investments.
- Cash flow planning and preparation of the reports for the company management.
- Risk assessment and management.
- Representation of the company during negotiations with banks, audit companies and state authorities.
- Approval of documents/payments within defined procedures and in compliance with Kronospan Controlling and Accounting Policy.
- Cooperation and consulting of finance staff of other Kronospan companies with regards to organization of management reporting, transformation of NAS reporting etc.
- Control over timely settlement of loan liabilities of the company.
- Control over writing-off of shortages, debts receivable etc.
- Participation in month-end closure procedures.
- Control of key financial and operational indicators.
- Efficient organization of internal controls and reporting.
- Review of customers' KFI and provision of recommendations for internal credit limits.
- Cooperation with credit insurance companies.
Our expectations:
- Minimum 5 years work experience on similar position in the production company or in the Big Four.
- Strong accounting and financial background.
- Higher education in finance/accounting and/or economics. Chartered Accountant qualification will be an advantage.
- English – advanced.
- Excel – expert.
- Ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and management skills.
