We are looking for:
QA Delivery Manager
You’ll work to plan and manage the QA activities aiming to ensure high quality of systems delivered to multiple end markets in a variety of geographies. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Your future role:
- Develop QA strategies,
- Design and monitor development and testing life cycle,
- Define quality gates and quality KPIs,
- Ensure process compliance and implementation of process quality improvements,
- Ensure traceability and consistency between the related work products and configuration management items,
- Release management activities, including scoping of the releases, validation of readiness, sign off and communication management,
- Conduct peer reviews of QA-related activities,
- Conduct project quality audits,
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations, align resources and potential conflicting priorities,
- Lead diverse, and often remote, teams ,
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients,
- Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects to a set time frame,
- Manage and respond quickly to change in a fast-paced environment,
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients,
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
Apply if you have:
- Minimum 4 years in delivery management,
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies,
- Knowledge of common project management methods and standards (PMI PMBOK®, AGILE PM),
- Proven track record in projects in an international environment,
- Very good understanding of software delivery process (agile and waterfall methodologies),
- Ability to see tasks through to the end and meet tight deadlines, taking responsibility for their completion and maintaining quality throughout,
- Confident with working in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments,
- Ability to speak and write English fluently,
- Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships at all levels,
- Excellent time management and personal organisational skills,
- Ambitious and driven by success,
- Passionate about client service.
