
The Legal Centre of Excellence team at PwC Poland is composed of several dozen specialists (lawyers, trainees, and legal advisors). Within our team, we blend a high level of legal expertise with an innovative, technologically-driven approach to meet our clients' challenges head-on. We're actively involved in a range of projects, including international business reorganizations, corporate law and compliance process handling, data protection, contract lifecycle management (CLM), integrated legal services under the 'managed legal service' model, and handling large-scale litigation matters for domestic and international offices and clients.
We are looking for:
Senior Consultant - Contract Management (with foreign languages)
Your future role:
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts across a broad complexity spectrum according to playbooks, agreed negotiating positions or other guidance provided; type of work may cover professional services contracts, staffing contracts, licensing contracts, other IP/IT contracts, content and development contracts, IT/Software related or other general commercial contracts.
- Manage contract initiation from receipt of the contract request, drafting and subsequent reviews, through signatures until the final execution within a defined time frame.
- Maintain high quality of contracts and follow the defined process in compliance with the agreed standards and protocols.
- Actively manage cases & requests through respective systems.
- Provide proactive communication and maintain a good working relationship with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Input and manage data on related systems to provide visibility, progress tracking and management insight.
Apply if you:
- Have a Law degree and/or are Legally Qualified.
- Can demonstrate +2 years of experience in drafting and negotiating different types of legal commercial contacts (including MSA, SOW, CDA/NDA, Amendments, Novations).
- Are fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines outside of and within a team.
- Are able to multitask, adapt quickly to changes and handle competing priorities.
- Can demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- Other spoken and written languages - German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech.
- Previous experience in data administration and/or data input.
- Experience in working in an international environment (law firm, professional services, corporation).
- Experience or education in preparing legal contracts based on foreign jurisdictions.
