Responsibilities:
- creation of orders/contracts/offers and schedules for customers in ERP operating systems,
- coordination of documentation flow,
- handling communication with the customer regarding order status and confirmation of delivery dates,
- day-to-day cooperation with external suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and products for the company's customers,
- daily cooperation with other company departments: sales, finance logistics, product managers, production.
Requirements:
- min. 2 years of experience in order management or customer service,
- knowledge of English and German at least B2,
- knowledge of SAP is an advantage,
- highly developed communication skills and customer orientation,
- good organisation of your work and the ability to work in a team.
