PwC Poland’s PMO team comprises 60+ members. We are a growing group of passionate Project Management professionals. We support our clients in implementing their strategies, by managing and setting standards for Portfolios, Programs, and Projects. We are constantly developing our consulting offering of PPM/PMO Managed Services. To this end, we work closely with our Partners within the PwC global network. At the same time, we provide professional services to other PwC teams (e.g. Financial Crime Unit, Public, Cyber, IT, FS). Our international team is one of the largest of its kind in the world.

We are looking for:

Project Lead/Senior Project Lead | Middle East Projects

Your future role:

  • project management office management (e.g. team management, development and implementation project management standards, guidance and support to PMs, PMO reviews and audits), 

  • project planning and execution (e.g. development project plans including defining scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation, execution of project plans, identification project risks and issues, budget control and financial analysis), 

  • financial management (e.g. project budgets management, expenses monitoring and resource allocation, financial analysis, 

  • client relationship management (maintaining strong relationships and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction). 

Apply if you:

  • have: 4 years of experience within PMO and/or at least 5 years of experience in Project Management; Project Management and/or other related certificate/s; comprehensive PM knowledge including Portfolio management and Programme management knowledge; experience in managing complex projects,

  • have University degree,

  • are excellent written and spoken English,

  • have experience in people and team management, including ability to support others' professional development,

  • are experienced in delivering PM trainings and workshops,

  • have advanced communication skills,

  • have good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint and/or G Suite applications,

  • are able to extensively travel within the Middle East region,

  • have the ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have:

  • constructing business cases and governance for transformation and working in a PMO for transformation programmes,

  • financial programme management experience (cost management and reduction), experience in benefits management, consulting experience,

  • experience in leading and delivering business transformation projects / cyber-security projects / data analytics projects.
