PwC Poland’s PMO team comprises 60+ members. We are a growing group of passionate Project Management professionals. We support our clients in implementing their strategies, by managing and setting standards for Portfolios, Programs, and Projects. We are constantly developing our consulting offering of PPM/PMO Managed Services. To this end, we work closely with our Partners within the PwC global network. At the same time, we provide professional services to other PwC teams (e.g. Financial Crime Unit, Public, Cyber, IT, FS). Our international team is one of the largest of its kind in the world.

Your future role:

contribution to go-to-market strategy and PMO offering in the market,

client engagements and internal initiatives management, e.g. creation of effective relationships, analyze complex ideas or proposals and provide a range of meaningful recommendations, engage a variety of stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions and perspectives, ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables, identify opportunities to add value to our Client by promoting new ideas and services,
-
project or program changes management (analyzing impact on the project or program, providing recommendations to project or program steering committees, implementing decisions, assuring proper communication regarding the change),

participation in the global PwC network, e.g. build a collaborative network with other PwC member firms in order to share knowledge and provide a truly global perspective for our Clients,
-
development of other PMO team members through mentoring and coaching, e.g. recognize others’ strengths and development areas, and help them to achieve their full potential in a positive and supportive environment,
-
travel with prolonged on-site presence for ME region engagements.
Apply if you:

have 8+ experience in management of large scale and complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle / senior PMO functions,
-
know various project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, IPMA level B and above),
-
have University degree,
-
have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle,
-
present strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent presentation and facilitation, leadership, communication, negotiation skills,
-
can construct business cases and governance for transformation and working in a PMO for transformation programmes,
-
speak fluent in English,
-
are able to extensively travel within the Middle East region,
-
have the ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment.
