About the role:

Talent Management SMEs design talent strategies and solutions with HR business leaders in alignment with the organizaitons talent strategy. They translate talent strategies into programs and processes to drive business talent objectives. They may drive organization-wide guidelines and improvements and they may lead parts of a global talent management community and drive alignment to common processes and policies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Business Leaders, Senior HRBPs, HRBPs and other Centers of Competency (CoCs) to support the Talent agenda for Poland. You will collaborate closely with Talent Managers of respective business lines in Poland, aligning your efforts with the overarching Talent Management strategy that reflects the priorities of the Group, country and respective business line.

Our Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of industry-related experience including at least three years managing team required. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proven analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Understands the importance of Talent in the current landscape.
  • Passion to drive Talent interventions and desire to pro-actively contribute to workforce transformation.
  • Experience leading change and implementing new programs/initiatives.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships at all levels of organization.
  • Impact and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing performance management processes.
  • Experience in selection of Top Talents population and development programs for them.
  • Experience in People Review processes, building succession plans and career paths.

Your future tasks:

  • Partner with Country CHRO and Global Delivery Centre Head to strategize on talent initiatives for Poland.
  • Ensure consistency at country level in talent activities, in close collaboration with Talent Managers dedicated to different business lines.
  • Leadership Development: assist in the Strategic Talent Review  process alongside with business leaders, ensuring follow-up and monitoring of actions; provide leadership development opportunities.
  • Performance Management: foster the adoption of Performance Management standards and identify areas for improvement; tracking and reporting on key Performance Management processes; support the Senior HRBP’s and HRBPs in quarterly people reviews with the business; collaborate with the Talent Managers to drive and implement the promotion process; providing analytics, insights, and sign-off.
  • Talent Development: implement Group and country Talent Management Strategy, Talent Pool approach, and guidelines; design and implement Career Mobility Initiatives; deploy Coaching/Mentoring programs in close collaboration with L&D; support business in establishing professional communities.
  • Talent Programs: aid the selection process for Top Talents participating in Premium Programs; support L&D team with candidate nominations for Premium Programs; drive and increase participation for Group lead programs; support delivery of country and business specific Development Programs.
