Our Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge in P2P area, covered by several years of work in P2P area,
  • Ability to organize own work and teamwork in compliance with the operational procedures KPI/Client's reporting requirements,
  • Experience in managing internal projects/processes within the delivery team and conducted together with Client,
  • Experience of work in a multicultural environment,
  • Very good time and task management skills, work in a changing environment, work under time pressure.

Your future tasks:

  • Leads and develops the team, geared towards high quality service delivery,
  • Responsible for managing staff issues (timesheets, recruitment, managing overtime, holidays, appraisals, promotions, sickness, training, regular team meetings, etc.),
  • Provides encouragement, feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance,
  • Complex problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices and ensure their team adhere to problem resolution processes,
  • Develops adequate customer management strategies applying in depth analysis of the client portfolio. Explain the strategy to clients and staff. Monitors the implementation of the strategy.
