Our Requirements:

• Previous experience in Credit and Collections area
• Fluent command of English
• People management experience
• Common use of Microsoft Office Software Applications in particular Excel
• Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines

Your future tasks:

• Managing a team of Collections Specialists
• Managing one or a few large customers on the basis of an Account Management approach
• Ensuring the implementation and adherence to the agreed collections policy
• Being responsible for achieving cash collection and ageing targets
• Acting as first point of escalation for (jr) Credit Controllers
• Managing, implementing and maintaining the Customer segmentation
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert for the client specific application of the client processes
