About the role:

HR (Q2R) Business Transformation Senior Consultant will be responsible for leveraging deep HR expertise to represent, consult, and refine core operations of the Intelligent People Operations team. This person will also manage a small team. This role plays an essential part in defining, monitoring, and transforming global processes.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR transformation/HR operations management/HR digital transformation/HR consulting.
• People management skills.
• Good functional and operational knowledge of interaction management systems (ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk, Salesforce etc.).
• Good presentation and moderation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Openness to occasionally travel and work flexibly with different time zones.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient on Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint etc.).
• Bachelor degree.

Your future tasks:

• Process Assessment: Lead comprehensive evaluations of HR processes, especially in HR Employee Experience, HR Helpdesk and HR Operations.
• Process Design: Develop and design efficient and scalable HR processes.
• Change Management: Support change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that HR processes comply with all relevant laws and regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies. 
• Data Analysis: Design and utilize data analytics to measure the impact of process changes and provide insights for continuous improvement. 
• Documentation: Create clear, user-friendly process maps and standard operating procedures. 
• Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes. 
• Industry Trends: Stay current with HR industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements. 
• Sales: Support or lead business development activities for prospects and existing clients
• People management: manage a small team of process consultant as a people or an assignment manager.
