Our Requirements:

• Relevant hands-on experience in Wireless infrastructure build and management.
• Strong understanding of Cisco and Aruba Wireless technologies as well as DNAC, CPI Prime Management and QOS.
• Experience in installation and configurations of Cisco and Aruba Wireless infrastructure, troubleshooting major issues and working independently to resolve wireless issues.
• Good knowledge regarding deployment of Wi-Fi setup for small to medium infrastructure and management of the same.
• Ability to identify and remediate (major) infrastructure bottlenecks, problems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills as a Wireless administrator.
• Good knowledge on SSID, Policy based shaping, NAC and ISE technologies.
• Vendor management skills along with timelines/SLAs management to complete the activities.

Your future tasks:

• Develop workflows, process, and programmable automation procedures.
• Work individually or as part of a team to deliver assigned projects and tasks.
• Design, recommend and document solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare implementation plans for deployment of systems and/or solutions according to pre-defined requirements.
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and issues and navigates organizational structure to resolve them.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting through proven technical expertise.
• Manage Changes, Incidents and Problems according to ITIL framework.
• Drive vulnerability remediation for Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Effectively handle P1/Major Incident and Escalated Issues.
• Technical connect with customer in daily/weekly/monthly meetings and periodical reports to stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Domain leads to manage the requirements.
• Available to work in shifts and for on-call support.
