Your future tasks:

As a Scrum Master, your role would involve facilitating the Scrum process and helping the multicultural and globally distributed development team to work together efficiently. You would be responsible for organizing and facilitating the various Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives as well as sharing information for management reports. You would also work with the product owner to ensure that the product backlog is properly prioritized and that the team is working on the most valuable items first. Additionally, you would help to remove any obstacles or impediments that may be preventing the team from delivering their work effectively. In order to stay aligned on the ongoing work you take over small technical tasks within the team. Your strong communication skills would be important in ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project and any potential risks or issues.

Our Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, multinational and globally distributed teams
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
• University degree
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• AWS Experience and Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solution Architect)
• Knowledge of software development practices and tools
• Experience with DevOps principles and practices
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Agile and Project Management toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, VersionOne and / or MS Project).
• Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
