Our Requirements:

• Fluent command of English and Portuguese (C1)
• Around 1 year of experience in the Finance and Accounting area
• Customer-oriented attitude and very good analytical skills
• Proper time management and setting priorities, work in a changing environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Student status or bachelor’s degree

Your future tasks:

• Coding and clearing deductions
• Researching more complex disputes and deductions for validity and researching root cause of deductions and disputes and recommending/supporting permanent resolution of similar exceptions
• Raising credits for valid queries and if deduction is invalid, providing proof to support collection efforts 
• Reconciling complicated accounts and escalating problem accounts 
• Identifying frequently occurring deductions and disputes and identifying the root cause of these issues

You will start your career from the onboarding plan, where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Project Management, Customer Care, IT and much more.
