Coordinator in Risk Operations Center
Who we are looking for
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, efficient reporting skills;
- Strong initiative, critical and analytical thinking, approach to problem solving;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Experience with supervision of diverse teams in an international setting;
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
Additional:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader;
- Knowledge of SharePoint or ServiceNow
Your future role
- Managing and developing the team, taking part in the recruitment process of new joiners;
- Leading regular team meetings and check-ins;
- Monitoring team development and engaging them in new opportunities to grow and develop;
- Cooperating with other teams and business leaders, representing the team on calls/meetings (within our department but also with international teams);
- Monitoring current workload in the team, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the team and reporting results to the management;
- Driving improvements in collaboration with other teams working in the department;
- Participating in reporting and automation processes, monitoring progress and providing data analysis for management.
