Our Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English and French (at least B2 levels)
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and tasks to accomplish goals
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
• Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
• Student status or bachelor's degree

Nice to have:

• Experience in procure to pay area (for example in processing invoices)

Your future tasks:

• Ensuring the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
• Managing goods or services claims
• Supporting junior colleagues in process related areas
• Handling queries
• Filling documents according to procedures for audit purposes
