We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Migration and Strategy team. This role is located in Wrocław – hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Responsible for reviewing client questionnaire for completeness and accuracy; prepares, executes and reviews entity setups in Eagle production region; maintains entity setups in both TRACE and pControl 
  • Responsible for review of all entity change request forms; prepares, executes and reviews entity changes in Eagle; maintains and executes code value and cross reference requests; tracks and maintains change database
  • Provides support during client conversions; trains and provides guidance to junior team members; assists in improving processes and team efficiencies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • BA in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or IT, and 3-7 years of experience in investment management and/or the financial services industry.
  • Self-motivator with a strong work ethic, initiative, critical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills and must be able to quickly gather and analyze data.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment.
  • Collaborative interpersonal skills, the ability to work within teams and a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to support market hours and do some after-hours work when necessary.
  • Experience using Eagle products is preferred but not required.
