About the role:

Our C&B team is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our C&B Center of Competence as Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about total rewards management and looking to advance their career in the field. In this role you will be working directly with HR Directors and HR Business Partners and you will collaborate with global community of C&B professionals on compensation processes. You will be reporting to the Country C&B Lead.

Our Requirements:

  • Fluent Polish and very good command of English, written & spoken (B2+).
  • Experience in working on similar position for at least 5 years.
  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Senior Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including job analysis, salary surveys, and total rewards strategies.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, including impact & influence skills.

Your future tasks:

  • Acting as C&B SME for HR team members and managers. 
  • Provide guidance and support to on compensation and benefits-related matters HR BPs and HR Directors.
  • Managing pay cycle including: benchmarking and analysis, data collection budgeting, pay strategy design, presentation, pay review execution.
  • Advisory and support in short-term incentive programs.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis and solution design in compensation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
