About the project:

Learning & Development Junior Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, contributing to the overall success and retention of talent within the organization.

Your future tasks:

  • Onboarding Process Management:
    • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions, preparing necessary materials, and welcoming employees in the office
    • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Training Program Support:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees, collaborating with various departments to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including logistical arrangements such as scheduling rooms, managing attendance, and distributing training materials.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain organized records of onboarding activities and employee training progress, utilizing MS Office applications (such as Excel and PowerPoint) to track and report relevant data.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and department managers, to facilitate a cohesive onboarding experience for new hires.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between onboarding processes and company policies and procedures.

Our Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management, report generation, and presentation purposes.
  • English language proficiency at the B2 level or higher, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in the onboarding process.
