Our Requirements:

• Good analytical skills
• Experience in the payroll department
• Knowledge of Polish Labor Law and Payroll issues
• Ability to cope with access to sensitive information
• Proactive approach to assigned tasks and willingness to learn new issues
• Good communication skills
• Precise, consistent and patient
• Well organized, focused on details
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Educational background in Accounting/ Finance/Economics will be an asset

Your future tasks:

• Independent preparation of payrolls for employees and contractors
• Making deductions based on enforcement titles
• Employee remuneration analysis
• Answering employees' questions regarding remuneration
• Issuing employment and salary certificates
• Payroll data reporting
• Daily cooperation within the team and the entire HR department
