Your job

In your S2P Knowledge Center Specialist role you will be a focal point for all Source to Pay related inquires. You will be responsible for providing resolutions to queries from multiple stakeholders and managing the escalation process within ticketing tool. The Knowledge Centre will be responsible for tracking and reporting on issues and inquiries and for creating self -service tools to support stakeholders.

You will act as a single point of contact for all Procurement and Source to Pay related inquiries, who is responsible for implementing & managing a centralized contact centre for Source to Pay.

To part of your duties will belong resolving, monitoring and tracking issues. You will be also responsible for escalating issues and needs to the appropriate Procure to Pay and IT teams for resolution.

Requirements:

  • You’re a Team player with experience in Source to Pay processes
  • You have an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • You have an excellent communication skill that allows you to contact and influence our stakeholders
  • You have a knowledge of ServiceNow/ Coupa tools (it would be an asset)
  • You’re fluent in English (both: oral and written)
  • You’re keen to work in North American hours- late shift

This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
