IT Product Owners Salesforce Automotive

Your future role:

As a Product Owner working for our client from the automotive industry you will be:

• Acting as a Product Owner for one or more IT products.
• Establishing part of an ecosystem based on Salesforce, tailored to sales, after-sales-support and view of customer data. 
• Defining a product vision that would bring the greatest value to the client.
• Driving personalized interactions along the complete customer journey to maximize the customer lifetime value. 
• Collaborating with stakeholders, business owners, and development teams, establishing effective working relationships.
• Working on requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product backlog effectively.
• Creating a product development roadmap and release plan, in line with the client’s big picture.
• Collaborating with other Product Owners to deliver common goals.
• Using data to drive product improvements and present achievements.
• Tracking and monitoring the product progress at each stage of the development.
• Representing a team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.

Apply if you have:

• At least 3 years professional experience in the role of Product Owner, collaborating with stakeholders, business owners, and development teams, gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product backlog effectively. Longer experience is very much welcome.
• Skill in articulating user stories and acceptance criteria for features and functionalities, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
• Capability to plan and prioritize product releases, defining features and functionalities to be delivered in each release while maximizing business value.
• Proficiency in managing and refining the product backlog, continuously prioritizing and updating based on changing requirements and market needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate discussions, convey product vision, and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.
• Technical understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related Salesforce products as well as defined App technologies.
• Ability to gather and analyze metrics and feedback related to Salesforce products, using data-driven insights to drive product enhancements and improvements.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to lead Agile ceremonies effectively.
• Have very good communication skills in English (C1).
• Positive feelings about cooperation and group work on the implementation of tasks in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Automotive industry would be a strong asset.
• Product Ownership certification.
• Salesforce certification.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Experience in SAFe.
