Managed Service Operations team in PwC, a collective of over 1000 specialists delivering operational support to domestic and global institutions across a broad range of services, including AML, Forensic, Finance and Tax, Accounting, Payroll, Hr Administration and many more. We are looking for a person with an analytical mind, well organized and eager to learn to strengthen our support team in Managed Service Operations.
We are looking for:
Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst you will be a part of the Internal Financial Reporting and Analysis Team working closely with senior leadership within MSO. Being in this role, you will be working on improving reporting and delivering in-depth analysis. You will have insight into what is behind the numbers and have an impact on business decisions and executing MSO’s growth strategy.
Your main responsibilities:
- Preparing reports and calculations based on data from various sources in timely manner,
- Conducting cost analysis and budget variance analysis,
- Financial and key performance indicators reporting,
- Being involved in preparing data needed for month close,
- Support in providing the right data to business leaders and top business executives,
- Drawing conclusions based on the above reports,
- Supporting in project settlements and in product profitability analysis,
- Monitoring our internal initiatives portfolio,
- Focus on continuous improvement of the reporting and operational processes,
- Close cooperation with other teams e.g. financial controlling and accounting, resource management, transformation.
Our requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in reporting, controlling or business analytics,
- Practical very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-finance audiences,
- Ability to speak English fluently,
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to details,
- Ability to work independently and effective time management skills,
- Proactive approach and problem solving skills,
- University degree.
Nice to have:
- Experience in working with Power BI, SQL, Alteryx,
- Prior experience in a corporate environment.
