We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Education/Training II to join our EDUCATION SERVICES TEAM WITHIN THE GROWTH VENTURES ORGANIZATION. This role is located in Wroclaw - HYBRID.

What do we do?

Our goal is to deliver value from the broad spectrum of solutions we are bringing to market. We believe that client education is the key to their strong performance and our mutual success. Our mission is to deliver engaging and interactive content that will provide a holistic and top-notch training experience.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Design and develop microlearning on-demand content in blended learning methodology (instructional videos, e-learning modules, step-by-step guides, interactive exercises and assessments).
• Create design documents, storyboards, audio scripts, etc.
• Validate interactive content created by other team members before publishing.
• Troubleshoot to resolve learners’ issues (internal and clients).
• Interact with clients through managing our client-facing training platform.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• English – written and spoken (B2 minimum).
• Articulate Storyline (360 preferred).
• Camtasia Studio (or different video creating software).
• Experience in creating engaging and meaningful self-study materials (work samples would be a plus).
• Attention to details.
• LMS management experience will be a plus.
• Financial knowledge will be a huge advantage.
