Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

HR Admin Specialist
 

Your future role:

  • Customer service for German Clients,
  • Preparation of documents related to employment relations,
  • Preparing monthly reports and issuing work certificates,
  • Maintaining personnel records, calculating working time and absences,
  • Direct contact with the client, handling employee inquiries.
     

Apply if you have:

  • A university degree,
  • 2+ years experience in German payroll,
  • Proficiency in English and German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office,
  • An ability to work with various templates, reports and HR systems,
  • Analytical skills, attention to details, dynamism in action, team working skills, good work organization.
     

Nice to have:

  • Willingness  to learn and to acquire knowledge of labor law regulations in various countries,
  • Previous experience related to personnel administration, including employee documentation and/or labor law regulations from other countries.
