We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC I to join our Client Onboarding team. This role is located in Wroclaw - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to lead our Sub Account Administration Team within the Global Client Activation division. The successful candidate will manage a team of 14 professionals, working directly with sub custodians and internal stakeholders. The team is responsible for opening and managing segregated accounts.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Essential qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account administration within the financial service industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of global custodian accounts and client onboarding
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast – paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with sub custodians and global financial markets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to account administration and custody services.
  • Project management experience, with a track record of successfully implementing process improvement.
