YOUR TASKS

The service Transition manager is responsible for onboarding new accounts. She/ he will be working with the account team to understand the requirements and match it to the service offering adjusting when necessary. 
During the onboarding phase she/ he will be the project manager for the onboarding project, working closely with the account manager, who will be hired appointed in the project and hand over the run to her/ him.

• Responsible for onboarding new SAT accounts as a project manager
• Analysis of account demands
• Engage with the key account team
• Agree service levels & cost
• Compare services/ processes with customer demands
• Works in close cooperation with the account service account manager and process manager

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Engagement manager qualification preferred
• Relevant experience in the area of IT service management (ITIL certification preferred)
• Experience in process consulting and IT project management
• Knowledge of IT operations 
• Understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and service automation
• Good knowledge of English, German would be preferred, French also beneficial
• Independent, structured team player
• Very good communication skills and a confident manner
• Knowledge of common project management methods (PRINCE2 or PMI)
