Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. We are looking for:

Service Delivery Lead (FP&A) - Manager / Senior Manager


Your future role:

  • Responsibility for delivering all core P&L planning processes, includes governance of global systems, process and calendar execution, financial consolidation & analysis, communication, and submission,
  • Coordinating and delivering key P&L planning processes,
  • Support the team on improving the analytical capability - this will include both ad hoc exercises to address emerging issues as well as improving the standard analytical output from the team,
  • Identifying, creating, and driving efficiencies for FP&A processes by automatization and simplification,
  • Providing subject matter expertise to the FP&A team where required,
  • Overseeing the analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and benchmarking of key performance indicators, 
  • Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, presentation of findings and analysis based on reports prepared in his team,
  • Optimizing team performance to increase productivity, recommending changes of process standards and procedures, identifying areas for process/report standardization.

Apply if you have:

  • Min. 10 years of professional experience in Financial planning and analysis (FP&A),
  • Experience in Finance Shared Services/ BPO for a Global Company,
  • Understanding of  FP&A across at least 2 industries (e.g. services, manufacturing),
  • Data Management Strategy / Technology ecosystem for controlling function,
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team directly,
  • Proven track record of value creation (case studies to present),
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Excellent analytical/numerical skills – including strong attention to detail,
  • Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI as a must),
  • Proficiency in business English,
  • Understanding of organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership and project management methodologies.

  • Fluent German or other languages.
