YOUR PROJECT

The FTTC program is designed for talented graduates and those currently working, who are looking for a role where they can combine technology, finance, and creative design to help clients solve complex business and technology challenges.

During the program, you will also receive the training necessary to work with our multinational clients, gaining the relevant skills to work with external clients and fulfil roles such as a consultant, project manager, change manager and transition manger - depending on your preferences and strengths!

Program start in the beginning of September but we’re recruiting now, limited vacancies so don’t hesitate!

Application process

The video may be recorded via phone or laptop camera and it should last up to 5 minutes. Add the video to Google Drive/YouTube and share with us the link to the video in your CV. The video will serve as your portfolio that will help us evaluate your self-presentation skills.

Next steps of the recruitment process

If your application is adequate, a recruiter will schedule HR interview with you. Next, you will be invited to the assessment that covers an online group task and online interview with the manager. After the assessment we will inform you about our decision.

YOUR TASKS

• Strive for excellence in customer service by collaboratively identifying potential business weaknesses with clients and proposing exceptional solutions.
• Acquire proficiency in designing and delivering cutting-edge business solutions, utilizing some of the best available technologies.
• Engage in projects under development, by collaborating with clients to comprehend the impact of new technology on end-users and ensuring the business is well-prepared for upcoming changes.
• Take on project management responsibilities, ensuring timely provision of client deliverables, efficient timeline management, recognising milestones, and allocating resources effectively.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Capgemini's business principles and operational processes, including DGEM, ESOAR, DGEM Tech Platforms, and Capgemini’s Industrialization & Automation approach, etc.
• Prepare and actively participate in various workshops and meetings, both internal and external, including the creation of materials, presentations, tools, and other deliverables.
• Expand expertise across multiple industries and process areas through involvement in diverse projects with different clients.

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent knowledge of English (min C1).
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Very good practical knowledge and skills of MS Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word).
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to understand the requirements of the client’s business
• A proactive, curious, and can-do attitude.
• Experience / proficiency in building / formatting presentations.
