YOUR TASKS

  • Effective team management - conducting regular team and individual meetings, providing feedback, managing and developing talents.
  • Responsible for admin related activities (working time registration, absences management etc.).
  • Supporting daily team performance. Monitor metrics (SLA, KPI) providing weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Monitor preparation of purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements as well as Client quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures and guidance during supplier negotiations and contracts award process.
  • Provide guideline, share best practices how to purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in Procurement Operations (minimum 3 years) and strong people management skills (at least 2 year of experience).
  • Knowledge of English at the intermediate (B2) level and proficiency in German (C1 level preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Excel skills.
  • Bachelor Degree.
