Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
Service Delivery Lead (AR) - Manager / Senior Manager
Your future role:
- Responsibility of effectiveness of end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) function,
- Identifying cost saving and efficiency improvement opportunities within the AR processes and implementing,
- Spearheading the execution of new tools and systems to deliver improved efficiencies and enhanced effectiveness for all AR processes in collaboration,
- Managing and lead teams responsible for delivering all AR processes including processing orders, invoicing customers and management of payments and collections,
- Providing subject matter expertise to the AR team where required,
- Timely completion of critical activities - ensure strict adherence to pre-determined calendar for month-end and period-end AR close.
Apply if you have:
- Min. 10 years of experience across Accounts Receivable processes, with minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role,
- Experience in Finance Shared Services/ BPO for a Global Company,
- Understanding of AR / Collections across multiple industries (e.g. services, manufacturing),
- Cash Flow Analytics / understanding of relevant ecosystem technology,
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team directly,
- Excellent analytical/numerical skills – including strong attention to detail,
- Proven track record of value creation (case studies to present),
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI as a must),
- Proficient in business English,
- Understanding of organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership and project management methodologies.
