YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled iCertis Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in implementing contract management solutions and be adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions that drive business value.

YOUR TASKS

  • Deliver CLM implementation projects, including integration with ERP/CRM platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
  • Conduct technical workshops to assess current state technology and define future state requirements by designing the as-is and to-be processes.
  • Develop solution architectures for integrations between CLM and related systems (e.g., SSO, e-signature).
  • Support contract migration data export/import activities.
  • Ensure requirements traceability from analysis through implementation. 
  • Conduct “train-the-trainer” sessions for clients on technical configurations

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience configuring the Icertis platform.
  • Hands on experience in implementing End-to-End Contract Types in iCertis environment.
  • Experience with at least 2 CLM implementations, preferably with ERP/CRM integration.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (C1).
  • Proficiency in SNOW ticket handling.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes, and issue management systems (preferably JIRA).
  • Certified as ICI Admin and ICI Practitioner. Proficiency in Office 365, MS Office, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to deliver clear, fact-based communication and manage risk effectively.
