For our Client from biotechnology sector, we are looking for candidates for position of Senior GL Accountant and GL Accountant, who will take part in transfer of knowledge form local market to GBS in Poland.

Requirements
- 2,5+ years of experience in the field for GL or RTR,
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance,
- high business culture and communication skills,
- analytical attitude combined with oriented to details,
- willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
- fluent in English (at least B2) and other european languages will be huge asset,
- knowledge of US GAAP (preferred),
- experience in migration processes and project of improvement will be huge asset.
Responsibilities
- handling general ledger activities such as posting journals, accruals, provisions, revaluations , account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting and reviews and approvals,
- performing month-end closing activities,
- BS reconciliation and analyzing balance sheet (BS), profit & loss (P&L) figures and variance,
- cooperation with other financial departments (including internal and external audit),
- preparing reports on GL issues and to be first-line contact and support concerning RTR queries,
- participation in process transition,
- participation in the automation and standardization of financial processe.
