In this role you will be responsible for working directly with the Group Director on insurance matters. Work with responsibility at a global level in a centralised insurance department with management in Poland and abroad. The company is based in Krakow.

Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Insurance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field,
- an insurance broker's qualification, experience in a similar role and general accounting, knowledge, particularly in relation to the recording of insurance costs, would be an advantage,
- strong knowledge of insurance regulations, laws, and industry practices,
- fluency in English, both written and spoken,
- strong analytical and research skills to assess risks and develop appropriate insurance solution.
Responsibilities
- developing and managing budgets for corporate and group insurance,
- overseeing the coordination of group insurance and claims programmes globally,
- analysis of claims trends and collection of details of corrective actions taken,
- reporting of insurance claims to the Group's insurers,
- raising risk awareness among employees through internal support and training,
- assist in developing and implementing insurance strategies to meet company objectives.
