The position will involve full responsibility for the entrusted Business Unit and building relationships at a high global management level. Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in controlling, forecasting, planning and financial management reporting in a multinational company,
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed preferred,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis,
- solid skills in managing infrastructure of Power BI or SAP ERP,
- self-motivated and high-energy individual who thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity.
Responsibilities
- provide management with key information on actual results, including forward-looking analysis and reports. The role will deliver financial insight to support the business and finance in driving performance,
- conduct variance analysis to show management how the budget and rolling forecast compare against actual performance,
- analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends, investigate and report on unusual variances in the monthly reporting, recommend actions to key stakeholders,
- provide day-to-day decision support activities to financial management,
- responsibility for the full P&L and balance sheet of the entrusted business division,
- setting the direction for shaping the division's financial strategy, in cooperation with senior management,
- prepare the various consolidations and presentations required for the business reviews (monthly and quarterly), Forecasts, Strategic Plans and Annual Budgets.
