Requirements
- knowledge of German (B2/C1) and English (B2+),
- university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field,
- knowledge of AP, AR and GL procedures,
- over 6 years of experience in accountancy (preferably in business service structures),
- over 3 years of experience in people management,
- professional experience with SAP,
- strong interpersonal skills with a focus on good team relationships.
Responsibilities
- responsible for entirely AP, AR and GL accounting processes,
- act as a People Manager (train and motivate your team, develop talent and skills),
- lead teams of leaders, supporting them in achieving top performance,
- engage in projects to automate processes and introduce innovative solutions,
- create customized financial reports tailored to individual client requirements,
- ensure smooth financial period closings, maintain timeliness and accuracy,
- build and maintain relationships with partners, mainly in the Swiss market.
