For our Client, an international company in the process of establishing a new Shared Services Center in Kraków, we are looking for a Junior Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting, with the ambition to develop their managerial skills and contribute to their business objectives.

Requirements
  • minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within an SSC or multinational company environment,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Progress towards a professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) is a plus,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel,
  • fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders,
  • strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement,
  • support the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. Provide analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives,
  • monitor and control departmental expenditures. Assist in cost reduction initiatives and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes,
  • ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Support external and internal audit processes as required,
  • work closely with various departments, including accounting, procurement, and operations, to gather financial information and support cross-functional projects,
  • participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve reporting accuracy,
  • undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior management to support the overall financial strategy of the company.
