
For our Client, an international company in the process of establishing a new Shared Services Center in Kraków, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to support their business objectives.

Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an SSC or multinational company environment,
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred,
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and the use of financial software,
- fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders,
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- perform monthly performance management cycles, including business forecasts, actual analysis, and reporting activities,
- collaborate closely with business unit leaders in sales, marketing, and supply chain to provide strategic finance support and insights,
- develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes,
- create presentations and forecasts for senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives,
- drive continuous improvement initiatives in management reporting and financial planning processes, including standardization and automation efforts,
- conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
