Senior FP&A Analyst

Requirements

• minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an SSC or multinational company environment,
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred,
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and the use of financial software,
• fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders,
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• perform monthly performance management cycles, including business forecasts, actual analysis, and reporting activities,
• collaborate closely with business unit leaders in sales, marketing, and supply chain to provide strategic finance support and insights,
• develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes,
• create presentations and forecasts for senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives,
• drive continuous improvement initiatives in management reporting and financial planning processes, including standardization and automation efforts,
• conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
