International Legal Contract Expert

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably including experience in international shared services organisation preferably from technology, e-commerce, financial, logistics or telecom sector,
• qualifications: Master of Laws Degree,
• result orientation coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities,
• excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills,
• willingness to constantly learn and face new challenges,
• assertiveness, independence at work and in decision-making processes,
• ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment,
• excellent (fluency) business English (preferably legal English) in writing and speaking, managing negotiations,
• self-starter and can-do personality, collaborating and Influencing, leading projects and people, driving results.

Responsibilities:

• in cooperation with local legal teams on a daily basis,
• building and developing internal legal flow and processes within the Group; including drafting proper group contracts,
• building and maintaining legal international governance,
• participation in international projects in an expert and leader capacity,
• providing legal expertise in current issues from various areas of law strictly connected with business activity of a Group, including drafting documents, negotiations, etc.,
• close cooperation with business and legal stakeholders from an international environment on a daily basis.
