The Managed Service Operations  provides consultancy services and operational support for global financial institutions in the banking sector within the area of Anti-Money Laundering.
The scope of our projects is based on Know Your Customer and Transaction Monitoring procedures that help PwC’s customers, from all over the world, in preventing money laundering. In essence, the Financial Crime Unit counteracts the development of organized crime, fraud and terrorism.
Our international and diverse team is one of the largest ones of its kind in the world, including nationalities from distant parts of the globe like Indonesia, Chile, Nigeria, Egypt, Zimbabwe and Singapore. Although English is our official language in both everyday communication and project work, our colleagues speak 39 languages in total.

We are looking for:

People Analytics Specialist

As a People Analytics Specialist you will be a part of the team responsible for the effecient  resources management process of MSO employees. Core role will involve  preparation and analyzing resource data for the staffing, identifing potential  issues and trends, and maintaining a supervision on the current and future employee shortages and surpluses within your domain. You will closely cooperate with the MSO leadership, Human Capital, Recruitment and Engagement teams in order to implement actions based on the prepared and analyzed reports.  

Your future role:

  • Assigning the right person to the right project at the right time - understanding key skills and experience of employees, how to utilize their potential while balancing employee growth, client expectations, and business metrics,
  • Performing modeling and visualization of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources - analyzing large volumes of raw data and producing management information in a summarized manner to key stakeholders,
  • Monitoring over and underutilized staff to determine appropriate resources or solutions to balance workload,
  • Working with the Commercial , Engagement and Technology team to develop and implement staffing services that help maximizing utilization as well as providing career opportunities for our employees,
  • Closely cooperating with Recruitment and Human Capital Team in order to coordinate new hire schedules,
  • Continuously identifying and implementing efficiency, automation and simplification of solutions, supporting forecasting process, maintaining and managing operational dashboards, data reconciliation.

Apply if you have:

  • 2 years of previous experience in an analytical position with a proven experience in building dashboards and reports,
  • Professional level of understanding tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and intermediate level of understanding of tools such as Power Bi, PowerQuery, SQL.
  • Fluent in English,
  • Analytical skills  with good problem solving capabilities,
  • Strong interpersonal skills - collaboration, communication and negotiation skills through all levels of the organization,
  • Are business-oriented and eager to understand both the business and technical sides of data and solutions we are using.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of Resource Management, People Deployment and Workforce Planning methodologies,
  • Ability to speak other languages.
