We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Compensation & Benefits to join our Human Resources team. This role is located in Wroclaw and is hybrid. Title in the contract: Senior Associate, Regulatory Compensation

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Contributes to either compensation or benefits service delivery by independently completing assigned tasks to help maintain innovative pay and benefits programs to support the physical and financial well-being of employees in an assigned country. May assist more senior professionals in standard projects.  May support business job architecture work, monitoring and tracking of equity awards, reviews of local and country market pay requirements or execution of a benefit project or program. Ensures work complies with legal and regulatory standards for the assigned country.  Is familiar with organizational policies and procedures.  Ensures compliance and accuracy of work of lower level professionals.
  • Provides direct input to the selection and management as well as serves as back up to the point of contact for vendors. May interact with vendors directly to gather information or assist with complex issue resolution. 
  • Provides guidance to more junior professionals as needed
  • Without day to day supervision and depending on the area of focus, provides guidance to managers, HR Business Partners and employees on compensation or benefits programs and issues.  Projects are generally non-standard issues and claims. May support more senior professionals by reviewing and analyzing compensation or benefits data. 
  • Assists in conducting research on compensation and benefits programs within the assigned country markets to gather competitive intelligence and contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class programs that align with business needs. Forecasts and plans for assigned projects. Prepares and monitors budgets. Appropriately corrects budget and/or timing issues and accurately determines when to escalate issues to more senior professionals.
  • Independently conducts research on compensation and benefits programs and gathers competitive intelligence to contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class programs that align with business needs. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of Compensation and HR preferred
  • Must be technologically proficient in applications such as Excel, Access, HR systems, etc
