We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service Manager II to join our Contracts Poland team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Manage the team of 30 individuals    
  • Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology, and operational support areas, effectively resolving problems/issues and identifying service improvement areas
  • Understanding of the various regulations applicable to the role and the associated control framework related to the opened and maintained account’s position 
  • Serves as an escalation point, responsible for assigning the workload and monitoring timeliness and accuracy of its completion
  • Regularly interacts with clients and internal stakeholders in answering questions and resolving issues regarding regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/law or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 6+ years of total work experience and 3+ years of experience in leading teams
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, senior management, and team members
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements
