We are looking for a person who is willing to take on the challenge of participating in the finance transformation at Volvo Group.
As a Junior Global Process & Solution Key User you will be working in a dynamic, professional, and multicultural team providing both process and technical support for various systems, including the accounting and consolidation system in the Volvo Group. The team members also participate in various local and global projects. The key focus area for us now is SAP S/4HANA and BlackLine (RtR). The team’s knowledge and expertise are highly valued in the organization and therefore we also support process development, improvements, and implementation of standard processes on a global and local scale including any adaptations or variants.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience gained in Record to Report or Order to Cash area.
- Understanding of accounting software and ERP systems (for OTC area SAP Master Finance required). Familiarity with BlackLine or similar platforms is a plus but not required.
- Good in spoken as well as written English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders and provide clear support.

- Experienced in networking in a multi-cultural environment.
What you will do
- Learning and Development: Acquire a deep understanding of our standard processes, internal accounting, procedures, solutions through structured training and hands-on experience.
- Support: Assist end users with the best solution for the process and tool areas and ensure if they can effectively use the system to meet their needs
- Process Documentation: Help document current accounting processes and assist in developing and updating user manuals, guides, and best practices.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving and streamlining accounting processes. Provide feedback and insights from a user support perspective to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members, IT, and other departments to support the implementation of the different solutions and optimization of accounting processes
- Compliance: Ensure that all tasks and processes comply with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Perform process training and give support to the end users.
