
The PwC Mobility function looks after the International Mobility Program for our staff including various forms of short term mobility, long-term assignments, permanent transfers as well as virtual mobility within the network of PwC firms. The Mobility function is part of Human Capital (HC).
The CEE Mobility team consists of nine people based in various locations in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), and is managed out of Warsaw, Poland. The team is a multicultural group of friendly, experienced professionals.
We are looking for:
Global Mobility Consultant
Your future role:
- Become a member of a diverse international team that collaborates intensively, adds value to our internal clients and has fun along the way
- Advise to international candidates, assignees and their assignment sponsors while managing the life cycle of the assignment, ensuring consistency across the CEE region and compliance with processes
- Consult with subject matter experts and local territory contacts to set up complex cross-border arrangements and mobility structures
- Prepare mobility cost estimates while being cost conscious, apply the appropriate assignment policies and packages and use reasonable judgment in decisions on exceptions
- Build relationships with key contacts within the Mobility network and other parties such as HC, Tax and Finance
- Ensure the knowledge and know-how of mobility processes is kept up to date
- Contribute to the overall team success, actively contribute on team calls and suggest efficiencies, as well as manage various projects along the way
- Collaborate with Mobility Business Partners on continuous improvement and various strategic initiatives.
Apply if you have:
- University degree,
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in expatriate management, ideally in various cross-border areas such as immigration, international tax, social security, relocation and human capital
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Solid command of GSuite (especially Google Sheets and Slides) and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Team player mindset able to support, train and coach others
- Proven excellent communication and relationship management skills, especially in a multicultural environment
- Client oriented personality and ability to apply assertiveness where appropriate
- Strong drive and good time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and come up with solutions
