For our Client, a global company with a Shared Service Center structure, we are looking for GL Accountants responsible for performing full GL procedures. The position involves participation in several projects related to the automation and robotization of accounting processes.

Requirements
- Degree in Finance & Accounting or relevant field,
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the GL/RTR departments or the Accounting Office,
- English language skills at B2 level,
- knowledge of Excel,
- knowledge of ERP software is an asset,
- SOX standard knowledge is an asset.
Responsibilities
- processing GL transactions,
- participating actively in month-end closing procedures,
- preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and statements,
- analyzing P&L statements, balance sheets, depreciation reports, cash flow statements, debtor and creditor records, repayment schedules, regulatory filings, and other reports,
- maintaining accurate entries in the fixed asset module,
- working with IFRS/US GAAP standards,
- participating in internal and external audits,
- collaborating with various departments and units within the organization.
