Your responsibilities

• Support decision making process with appropriate business cases and analysis
• Ensure on time and high-quality operational reporting
• Development of Management Reporting within areas of responsibility
• Analysis and variance calculations over warehouse activities, distribution and production
• Product cost calculations
• Stock monitoring and advise actions to minimise write-offs
• Driving change and bring ideas to optimise distribution, storing and production costs
• Tracking improvement initiatives
• Support in month-end closing activities
• Master Date Management
• Formalise and perform internal controls to ensure accuracy and correctness of finance processes
• Budgeting and forecasting and preparation of budget analysis
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and discipline in implementation, execution, and timelines.

Our requirements

• 3-5 year experience in similar position
• Experience in FMCG ​or logistics would be an additional advantage
• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or similar
• Advanced technical skills in building models and reporting (Power BI, Qlik, SAP, SQL)
• Data analysis
• Appropriate data selection for discussion and problem solving
• Presentation skills
• Process thinking
• Teamwork – engages in Team life and ready to support
• Ownership - takes personal responsibility for assigned duties
• Entrepreneurial and innovative – takes initiative in finance and business matters
• Cooperation on all layers of the organisation, including Management Team
• "Can do" attitude

• English – fluent, C1
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
