We are currently looking for
Senior Consultant: Change Management and Workforce Transformation
Your future role:
- Working on the Workforce Transformation projects with particular focus on Change Management
- Being part of implementation of the new technologies aligning Change Management with the business priorities.
- Enhance and broaden change management practice into wider perspective
- Direct work with clients from Poland and abroad and their advisors (legal, financial, commercial, etc.); cooperation with other PwC teams in Poland and abroad.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Develop proper communication strategies to inform and empower the impacted audience to adopt workforce transformation and influence organizational behavior change and compliance.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of the change process and plan;
- Identyfying, monitoring and reporting any risks or issues that arise during the implementation of the plan.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders for communication strategies.
- Provide strategic direction for training content and topics
- Consult and provide input on product roadmaps.
- Advise on the timing of solution deployment to align with key business cycles and other communication efforts.

- Excellent written and verbal Polish and English communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and simply
- High effectiveness at building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams,
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proactivity in anticipating needs and leading with recommendations.
- Expertise in business partnering and consulting to understand client needs
- Experience with implementation of the HR technologies with change management practices and instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technical language into effective communication.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
